Brown Rice Porridge

Makes 1 serving

  • ¾ cup cooked quinoa or cooked brown rice (page…)
  • ½ cup unsweetened organic almond milk
  • 2 Teaspoons maple syrup
  • 1 Teaspoon butter
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • Splash vanilla extract

Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan over medium high heat until heated through and simmer for 5 minutes.
