Sesame Daikon Radish Salad

  • 1 daikon radish (about 10 inches long)
  • 1 teaspoon tamari
  • 2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil.

Grate daikon, place in bowl add tamari and toasted sesame oil, stir until well mixed.
